A bilingual company website for Partnership-ID, a Jakarta consultancy that brokers partnerships between business, government and communities, covering its services, method, case studies, training and library.
Context
Partnership-ID describes itself as Indonesia's resource centre for partnership expertise. Since 2017 it has worked between enterprises, government institutions and community stakeholders, turning Sustainable Development Goals commitments into strategies that work on the ground. Its services cover partnership brokering, sustainability programme management including ESG roadmaps and reporting, and accredited partnership brokering training. Clients named on the site include PT Freeport Indonesia, Musim Mas and PT ASDP Indonesia Ferry.
The challenge
Partnership brokering is hard to explain and easy to mistake for general CSR work or event facilitation. Prospective clients, such as sustainability and community relations teams in large companies, need to see a structured method and real assignments before they start a conversation. The firm's material spans services, programmes, training, articles and reports, which can easily turn into a crowded menu. The site had to make the method readable, put proof in front of the visitor, and serve both English and Indonesian audiences.
- Method explained in numbered stages
- Named case studies as proof
- Training separated from advisory work
- English and Indonesian from one structure
- A low-commitment readiness assessment

Approach
How it came together.
- 01
Opened with the problem the firm solves
The hero line, "Partnerships that outlast the project that funded them", leads into a Why We Exist section arguing that collaborations fail when nobody builds the structure. A three-circle diagram shows the constituencies a partnership has to hold: government, enterprises and community.
- 02
Turned the methodology into numbered sections
Three principles (Co-Creation, Co-Sharing, Co-Risk Taking) and four stages (Scoping & Building, Managing & Maintaining, Reviewing & Revising, Sustaining Outcomes) each get a numbered block with a short explanation. Numbering lets a reader follow the method as a process instead of a list of values.
- 03
Put named case studies on the homepage
Three cards show client, sector and a short account: a dialogue forum around the Gresik smelter, a smallholder programme with Musim Mas, and an ESG strategy for ASDP Indonesia Ferry, each with a Read the case study link. A logo strip of past clients sits underneath.
- 04
Organised navigation around how clients engage
The menu separates About, Services, Programmes, Case Studies, Training and Library. Training splits into In-House Training and Partnership Academy, and the Library holds articles, reports and a gallery, so advisory work and learning products each have their own place.
- 05
Added an EN/ID switch to the header
A language toggle sits next to the Contact button on desktop and mobile, so English-speaking partners and Indonesian stakeholders reach the same content without hunting for a translated version.
- 06
Gave hesitant visitors a second way in
The closing call to action pairs Get in touch with Take the readiness assessment, and Partnership Readiness is linked again in the footer. Visitors who are not ready to talk can still start with something useful.
