An Indonesian-language company website for Pakar Izin, a licensing consultancy that handles company formation, intellectual property registration, sector permits and virtual offices, with package pricing and WhatsApp consultation.

Context

Pakar Izin is a one-stop licensing consultancy (konsultan perizinan terpadu satu pintu) run by PT. Karya Solusi Terpadu from Sahid Sudirman Residence in Central Jakarta. It sets up PT, CV, cooperatives, foundations and associations, registers patents, trademarks, copyrights and industrial designs, and handles sector permits with ministries and agencies such as the Ministry of Health, the Ministry of Energy and Mineral Resources and BPOM. It also rents virtual offices and service offices at locations in Jakarta and Bekasi. The firm states it has more than 15 years of experience.

The challenge

Indonesian business licensing is spread across many ministries, and owners often do not know which entity type, permit or registration they need, or in what order. A licensing site that lists every service at once makes it hard for a first-time founder to find a starting point. Pakar Izin's offer is broad, from a new PT to a sector permit for an expanding company, plus office space for a legal address. The site had to sort that range by the visitor's situation and show price and next step without a phone call.

  • Services sorted by business stage
  • Package prices shown up front
  • The process explained in four steps
  • Company setup paired with office address
  • Enquiries routed to WhatsApp

Approach

How it came together.

  1. 01

Split the offer into two paths

The first section, "Dua jalur, satu tujuan", divides everything into starting a new entity and licensing a business that is already running. Each path links to its main service and to the full list, so a visitor picks a direction before seeing detail.

  2. 02

Wrote for three kinds of business owner

A short section speaks to small business owners who want to focus on selling, entrepreneurs who need legal status quickly, and companies expanding into new sectors. Each card describes the situation in the visitor's own terms before naming a service.

  3. 03

Published package prices as comparison cards

Three PT formation packages show a starting price and a checklist of what is included (deed, ministry decree, tax number, business identification number), with the virtual office bundle marked as most chosen. Visitors can compare before they ask.

  4. 04

Tied the office product to company setup

A virtual office and service office section lists four locations in Jakarta and Bekasi with monthly or yearly pricing. Placing it right after the PT packages connects the legal address requirement to the formation service.

  5. 05

Laid out the process as four numbered steps

Consultation, document preparation, legal processing and handover each get a numbered step, followed by a list of ministries and agencies the firm works with. The sequence shows what happens after the first message.

  6. 06

Built the navigation as a service directory

The menu groups services under entity formation, intellectual property registration, sector permits and virtual offices, and a Tips Bisnis section holds practical articles such as choosing between a PT and a CV. A floating WhatsApp button and free consultation buttons sit throughout the page.
