A bilingual website for Menara Office, a provider of virtual offices, serviced offices, meeting rooms and company formation services across Jakarta, Bekasi and Bandung. It lets small businesses compare services, find a location and book a meeting room from one place.
Context
Menara Office provides business addresses, serviced offices, hourly meeting rooms, company formation for PT, CV, firms and foundations, and legal consultation. According to the site, it has served Indonesian SMEs and startups since 2013 and operates six locations across Jakarta, Bekasi and Bandung, including Kuningan and Epicentrum in South Jakarta. Its head office is in Menara Karya Tower in Kuningan.
The challenge
Founders setting up a company usually need several things at once: a legal address, company registration and sometimes a desk or a meeting room. Those needs are often spread across different providers and unclear price lists. The site had to show every service side by side, make starting prices visible before any call, and answer the common pre-sale questions. It also had to help visitors choose a location and serve English-speaking founders.

Led with the product names and two next steps
A label above the headline names virtual office, serviced office and meeting room before anything else. The hero then offers Lihat Paket Harga for visitors comparing prices and Konsultasi Gratis for those who want advice.

Booking Ruang Rapat sits in the header as the main button, separate from the general contact link. The most frequent short-term purchase stays one click away on every page.

A locations section lists each building with its area label and links to a full location page. A highlighted location card in the hero shows the Kuningan tower as the flagship address.

Answered pre-sale questions in an FAQ
The FAQ covers using a virtual office address for company registration, activation time, how to book a meeting room, hidden fees and upgrading mid-contract. These are the questions that otherwise arrive by chat.
