HDA GO Dashboard: A command center for creators and campaigns
- Client
- HDA GO Dashboard
- Year
- 2026
- Sector
- Local Commerce
A creator and campaign command center with multiple user roles, Google Sheets sync, OCR receipt verification and auto-leveling, hardened by a full security audit.
Context
HDA GO onboards F&B merchants, hotels and local businesses to TikTok GO and matches them with travel and food creators. Operations ran across many roles and data sources.
The challenge
Campaign and creator data lived across sheets and tools, verification was manual, and the growing dashboard carried production security risks.
- Fragmented campaign data
- Manual receipt verification
- Role sprawl without guardrails
- Unaddressed security exposure
My role
- R&D
- Product
- Security audit & remediation
Approach
How it came together.
- 01
Mapped the full role model so access matched responsibility.
- 02
Automated receipt verification with OCR to remove manual checking.
- 03
Ran a multi-layer security audit and fixed production vulnerabilities before scaling.
Architecture
A role-aware Next.js dashboard synced with Google Sheets and Supabase, with OCR-based verification and an auto-leveling system for creators.
What changed
- A single command center for campaigns
- Verification moved from manual to automatic
- Production vulnerabilities closed
Security work rarely shows on screen, but it's what lets a product scale without becoming a liability.
